About

K12 CMMS Compare is run by Bill Fairchild, a school facilities manager with 15+ years of experience in K-12 operations and an MS in Facilities Management from Purdue University, based in Ohio.

He built this site because districts deserve the same price transparency vendors already have: real numbers from public records, and honest reviews from the people who submit and close work orders every day.
